Yes. We receive allocations for all 20 Premier League clubs as part of our partnership agreement.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees, booking fees, or processing fees.

We operate a maximum limit of 5 tickets per household per match to prevent ticket touting and ensure fair access for all fans, in line with the Premier League’s anti-scalping policy. Orders exceeding this limit are automatically cancelled.

You can receive your tickets in three ways: if you have a membership account with your club, enter your membership number at checkout and your tickets transfer automatically to your club account; otherwise your tickets are emailed to you as a digital download, or available any time from your Jacombs Tickets account order history. All tickets are compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Pay.

Tickets are available to download 7 days before the scheduled match. You’ll get a notification email when they’re ready. If you haven’t received your download link 5 days before the match, contact us at helpdesk@jacombstickets.com.

Every Jacombs Tickets ticket is verified through the club’s official ticketing API. Your ticket is available to download from your Jacombs Tickets account 7 days before kickoff and works with Apple Wallet and Google Pay. If anything looks wrong on matchday, our support team is on hand to resolve it immediately.

Our tickets are allocated directly to us by the Premier League as part of our official partnership agreement. We receive between 12–15% of the away allocation for each fixture. These tickets are reserved exclusively for Jacombs Tickets customers and are not available through the club’s general ballot system. All tickets are verified through the club’s official ticketing API.

Yes. Our allocation includes both home and away fixtures. All tickets are allocated through the Premier League’s away ticketing system.

All away tickets are auto-allocated — away ends are segregated, so there’s no seat map to choose from. If you buy more than one ticket in the same order, you’ll be seated together.

You can cancel your order up to 14 days before the match. If you book inside that final 14 days, you have 24 hours from purchase to cancel instead. Email helpdesk@jacombstickets.com with your order number and we’ll refund to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for the full details, including the few cases where a refund isn’t available.

If the match is postponed, your tickets stay valid for the rescheduled fixture. If it’s cancelled entirely, we process a full refund within 14 working days.

Yes. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC. We also accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). If you choose to pay with crypto, you will receive a 15% discount on your total order. We offer this discount because we pass the savings directly to you: credit card companies charge us between 2.5% and 4% per transaction, plus additional cross-border fees for international customers, while cryptocurrency transactions have negligible processing fees and no chargeback risk — so we don’t have to factor in the cost of fraud protection, disputes, or refund administration. We’d rather reward you than pay the banks.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). We also accept cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC. Crypto payments receive a 15% discount.

Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and don’t store your payment details. All data is processed in line with UK GDPR.

Yes. Jacombs Tickets is an Official Digital Ticketing Partner of the Premier League. Our partnership began in the 2025/26 season and was renewed for the 2026/27 season following a successful pilot program. Yes. Tickets received via club membership transfer through the club’s official ticket transfer system; digital-download tickets can be forwarded to anyone — they’re not name-restricted.
