Every ground keeps home and away supporters apart, and the away allocation is a specific, segregated part of the stadium. It is not a preference or a seating style. Being in the wrong end is a stewarding matter, and it can end with you outside the ground.
That is why, on a fixture where we can sell both ends, we ask which one you want before showing you any seats. It is one extra tap, and it is the tap that stops a Bayern supporter buying into the Stretford End by accident.
The away end works differently
An away allocation is sold as an allocation, not as named seats. You choose how many tickets you need and we place you within the away section together. There is no seat map for it, because the club does not release one to us — pretending otherwise would mean inventing seat numbers.
If you have bought into the wrong end, reply to your confirmation email before matchday. We can almost always move you. We cannot move you at the turnstile.
Accessible seating
Wheelchair bays, ambulant and easy-access seats exist in both home and away sections, and a personal assistant ticket goes with them. If you need one and cannot see it, contact us rather than buying a standard seat and hoping — the two are not interchangeable.
